Refund Policy and Consumer Rights
Our refund policy is governed by the regulations set forth by the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). By purchasing our digital content, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:
Digital Content Access: Due to the nature of our pre-recorded Spanish course, you forfeit your right to a refund once you have accessed or downloaded any part of the course content. This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Directive, which states that the right of withdrawal is lost once digital content is accessed with prior consent and acknowledgment.
Withdrawal Rights: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days before accessing the course materials. Once any part of the course is accessed, the withdrawal right no longer applies.
Refund Request Conditions: Refunds will only be granted if there are technical issues preventing you from accessing the course, and these issues cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
By purchasing our course, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our refund policy, which aligns with EU regulations, and agree to its terms.
Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing the course materials and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 days of your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. Technical issues do not include minor inconveniences such as slow internet speed or individual device compatibility. It is your responsibility to let us know of technical issues within 7 days of purchase.
Course Content Misrepresentation: If you believe the course content is completely different from the description provided, you must submit a detailed explanation of your concerns along with evidence that less than 10% of the course has been accessed. Refund requests based on “personal preference” or subjective opinion will not be considered.
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same course more than once on the same platform, please provide proof of both purchases within 7 days to be eligible for a refund of the duplicate amount only.
Unauthorized Charges: If there was an unauthorized transaction (meaning it wasn’t you that made the purchase), please contact us immediately. We may request additional information to verify the claim before issuing a refund.
